BAD NIGHTS

Bad Nights by Rebecca York starts with young widowed professor Morgan Rains discovering, near her rural cabin, a handsome, buff man who shows obvious evidence of torture. Jack Brandt, a former Navy SEAL had been investigating militia that had established a base near Morgan’s cabin but something has gone very wrong and if he and Morgan are going to survive he will have to fill in some of the blanks in his stolen memories. Fast paced romantic thriller. York is a master of the romantic suspense genre.

The love scenes so opposite the slash and kill cruelty makes one sigh at the ecstasy then the peace, the rightness of it. With her skills, Morgan helps Jack come to terms with his PTSD and he helps her find peace about the untimely death of her husband.
Rebecca York makes her characters work hard to get to their happy-ever-after. Bad Nights is a heart-in-throat thriller and a soul-satisfying romance—a fantastic read!

DAY OF THE DRAGON

The follow-up to last year’s Dragon Moon turns the spotlight on dragon shapeshifter Ramsey Gallagher and the aftermath of his epic battle with his evil twin Vandar. From his introduction, Ramsey has been most intriguing, clearly illuminating York’s gift for character building. The action is fast paced as events take the protagonists on a dangerous journey. York never disappoints!.

DRAGON MOON

A brilliant read. Rebecca York has built a wonderful set of worlds here with rich characters that you become enchanted with. I can’t remember a character I loathed so much as Kenna’s master. Ms. York builds thoughtful dimensional characters that a reader can connect to and take the adventures with. Though this is Kenna and Talon’s story, there was even more to appreciate in the supporting cast of characters. I have to admit I haven’t read previous books and will have to remedy that immediately. However, that didn’t hamper reading the story in the least. If you are a fan then be delighted that another fantastic story is available. If this is your first as it was for this reviewer, DO NOT hesitate. You’ll want the entire series.

ELEMENTAL MAGIC is jam-packed with action, romance, and intrigue. The heroes and heroines are delightfully realistic.
