Romances

It’s been a long time since I wrote straight Romance. Nowadays, I’d much rather write books with a strong action suspense plot as well as a sensual romance. But two of my favorites are the books I wrote as Ruth Glick for Harlequin SuperRomance.

MAKE ME A MIRACLE (ISBN: 0373704992, Harlequin SuperRomance, 1992) is the story of a man who has put his personal life on hold. His father died of Huntington’s Disease, and he’s vowed never to pass on the fatal gene to any children. But is he a carrier? Or has he escaped the family curse? When he meets and falls in love with a beautiful doctor, he’s compelled to go for genetic testing and learn his fate.

THE CLOSER WE GET (ISBN: 0373703821, Harlequin SuperRomance, 1992) tells the story of two lovers separated and then united. Only there’s a complication. Stephen Gallagher has suffered a crippling accident. He doesn’t know whether Elena has returned to him out of pity or love. He’d rather drive her away than face her pity.
