Contest Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.

1. Eligibility: Open only to subscribers of Rebecca York’s Newsletter who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the United States. (Not signed up for the Newsletter yet? Sign up here. )
2. Promotional Period: The promotional period for each contest will be listed at www.RebeccaYork.com.
3. Entry: To enter fill out the form at www.RebeccaYork.com.
4. Only one entry per contest will be counted.
5. Newsletter signup is required only once. An opt-out option will be provided in every Newsletter. Entry into contests will require each member to sign up each time she/he wants to enter a contest.
6. Notification: Winners will be randomly selected and notified by e-mail at the end of the promotional period. Each winner will have two weeks after delivery of e-mail notification to claim the prize and verify their postal mailing address. If winners fail to respond to the winning notification e-mail within two weeks, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be randomly chosen from the list of entries.
7. Prize/Odds: Prize(s) for each contest will be listed at www.RebeccaYork.com. There will be at least one winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes being given.
8. Winners List: All winners are chosen by Rebecca York whose decisions regarding the contest are final and binding. Names of winners will be posted on www.RebeccaYork.com.
